Chris Rufo, who helped spiral the Dr. Santa Ono appointment for UF by being an annoying hack, just left the board of New College (before his term was not renewed), which proves exactly why he should have never been listened to about anything related to higher education.

Since conservatives took over New College of Florida a few years ago, admission standards (e.g., average SAT and high school GPA), student retention, and national rankings have all plummeted, while institutional spending has surged (that bar in the middle is New College).
