Patients in Lanarkshire can now have ‘Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement’ surgery and be home by early evening the same day. Surgeons at UHW are the first in Scotland to have performed this procedure and discharged the patient home on the same day. Visit nhslanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk/p…

Our patients at University Hosptial Wishaw will now use the Sip Til Send system before theatre procedures. Sip Til Send means you can continue to sip clear fluids right until you are sent to theatre.
ALT Patients can continue to sip clear fluids until they are sent to theatre.
