ORR is one of the most used roads in this state & it deserves strict enforcement. Mandatory stopping bays. Heavy vehicle enforcement units. Real-time monitoring. Strict penalties. Let’s be honest, This is not at all complicated, It just needs someone to actually care enough to act. How many more families have to not come home before that happens!?

Completely silent. And that matters more than anything you’re saying today. There’s a reason people say, “In the end, we remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” You once called him your mentor, your guru, the one who taught you how to walk in politics. ‘When a law cannot define its own words, the definition becomes whoever is holding the power’ ‼️ Telangana’s Hate Speech & Hate Crime Bill defines hate speech as any expression made with intent to cause ‘disharmony’ or ‘ill-will’, but never defines either. There is no boundary & no threshold. In practice, the meaning of the law becomes whatever the officer in front of you decides. Every offence under it is non-bailable, which makes that discretion far more serious. We have seen this before. A similar vague speech law brought during the UPA era was struck down by the Supreme Court for granting unchecked discretion & enabling misuse by design.
