In other news, yesterday I ran my first ever #UltraMarathon. The route traversed Dartmoor from South to North, totalling 48K. It was a great day, very boggy and elevation I can only describe as beastly. Loved it. Recovering today, but looking forward to the next one ๐

Getting out, on foot is something I really enjoy and try to do as often as possible.
Taking time to speak to and listen to people is really important.
Whilst in Lulworth we spoke to someone who'd lived there for 40 years and he was pleased to see us.
