Let’s stop assuming that women who work as caregivers (paid or otherwise) do so through free choice. And that men who don’t, aren’t also constrained in their choices!
Absolutely. And are the women in the 97% female #earlyyears workforce - poorly paid, low in status, there from 100% free, unconstrained choice?
