I feel like PlayStation and Xbox need more games like Astro Bot. One of the reasons Nintendo has such a large market share is that they have many more games that not only cater to a young audience but are also very well made and enjoyable even for older audiences.

Posts like this lack basic logic. PlayStation said they were bringing games to PC so he cared while there was a chance to get them. PlayStation later changed their mind and now he no longer cares much about them. It's a pretty simple thing to understand. The vast majority of gamers have interest in some exclusives on other platforms they don't already own but don't care enough to spend lots of money to buy yet another platform just to play them. A $70 game coming to something you own is just $70. Having to buy additional platforms raises the costs per game significantly. As an example (PS5 cost used), if there are 3 $70 exclusive games that require you to buy a $650 console then those games have a real total cost of $286 each at minimum. 5 $70 games would be $200 each. That's very expensive and unreasonable to most people. And that doesn't even include the additional online costs that consoles require for most games with multiplayer if a console is the platform you're buying into.
