GOP judicial activist directed at least $25K to Ginni Thomas in the leadup to her husband casting 1 of the 5 votes to kill parts of the Voting Rights Act. "Don't mention Ginni," in the notes makes it clear that this was inappropriate.

I hear House Republicans out on TV saying they would never vote to cut veterans’ benefits.
In case there’s any confusion, I made a little chart that could help them out.
ALT Did you vote for a bill that cuts domestic spending by 22%? If no, you voted to protect veterans' benefits. If yes, did the bill say: "This does NOT apply to veterans benefits?" If yes, you voted to protect veterans' benefits. If no, you voted to cut veterans' benefits.
