The @SenateGOP and @LeaderJohnThune don’t feel obligated to follow the will of WE THE PEOPLE. They believe they know best- that they are above us, that they lead us. They do not. That is not their job. Their job is to REPRESENT US. They spend decades in office and forget who and what they are, and where their allegiance lies. These career politicians, in office for 30-40 years, who have never spent significant time in the private sector, have become the oligarchy they claim to oppose. It proves we need to get back to the principles of the founders- citizen legislators who represent their neighbors, not PACs. Term limits is the best way to keep Congress free from the illusions of grandeur that feed the festering swamp. Average dedicated citizens, not elites. Passionate nationalists, not scheming geriatrics. Patriots, not panderers.
