Post-Ami LVEF dysfunction and VT with ICD shocks. LV mapped with #Optrell in sinus rhythm, since several fast VTs were easily induced with just 1 PVC and catheter manipulation. After RF ablation of the slow conduction zone, no more VTs were inducible #hospitalsantacruz #EPeeps

2nd case was a mitral flutter post-PVI with #farapulse. Endocardial ablation failed to stop the FLA, so RF applications in the mitral isthmus through the coronary sinus were performed, with conversion to SR. No other arrhythmia was inducible.
