I’ve recently been doing content and project management for some pretty heavy hitters in multiple spheres. From minor editing to book-length stuff to large campaigns. If you’re interested in developing a project, let’s talk :)
A bunch of the open minded folks sure are close minded about a baseball player writing a Bible verse on his hat.
Because it’s about a competing faith commitment, not about being “loving” or open minded.
Landen Roupp had Genesis 9:12-16 written on his pride hat tonight.
"It's just about God's covenant and a promise that he makes to us."
"It's just something I believe in and I stand firm in that. Thankfully we live in a country where we have the freedom to believe what we want."
Maybe the foreigners have it right. Maybe the eagle and the flyover and the canyon and the kindness of a stranger with car keys really are worth crossing an ocean to see. Maybe, watching them fall in love with the place we take for granted, we could fall in love with it again ourselves and decide to be a little more charitable to the neighbor God told us to love, even when we cannot stand how he votes.

How in the name of all things right and good can the @SBCExecComm allow coffee vendors to close while #sbc26 is still in session? Is @bartbarber the villain behind the curtain?🤦🏼♂️😂😂. #coffee
There are a lot of strong, godly, amazing women who voted for the Mohler amendment at #SBC26. You can disagree with the complementarian position, but don’t patronize these women for their own convictions.
This move has become a cliche, and we should amend our procedures so that giving a three-minute speech followed by calling the question is ruled out of order. #SBC26
A pet peeve re: the SBC annual meeting is when the question is called before a motion has had the chance to be debated adequately. It’s a shrewd tactic but it’s poor form & doesn’t serve the messengers well. You don’t need to strong-arm a strong motion. #sbc26
