When you make up lies. Make sure there are no witnesses. Jen.. Karen rang Mrs Camerano before she spoke to Jen. They spoke briefly and then ended the call. Karen then asked Kayley to ring Jen. So we have to assume it was on Kayleys phone. Mrs Camerano then rings karen back, Kayley must have answered the phone. She states she couldn’t remember who she rang. It must have been Karens phone because karen is now on the Phone to Jen on Kayleys phone. This is virtually at the same time. Mrs Camerano confirmed she heard karen distraught, she confirmed the voice she heard was Jen MaCabe in the background. So I’m going to assume Kayleys phone was on speaker phone. But at no time does Mrs Camerano say, that she heard karen say. “We got into a fight”. “I left him at the waterfall”. More importantly she did not hear karen say, “I broke my taillight”. Mrs Camerano also didn’t say that karen told her, Johns dead,”. “we had a fight”. “I left him at the waterfall”. “My tailight is broken”. If Mrs Canerano could hear and recognise that it was Jen MaCabe, then it was clear enough for her to hear everything that was said. Especially what karen was saying. Hanky didn’t call her as a witness. Dear o dear Jen.

📌FOIA emails raise a serious question. Rosemary Scapicchio says she has NEVER represented Kevin Albert and that the Norfolk County DA’s Office knew it. Yet in a March 14, 2024 email, Lt. Brian Tully told ADA Adam Lally that Rule 17 motions had been served on: • Kevin Albert – Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio • Brian Higgins – Attorney William Connolly • Kenneth Berkowitz – Attorney Damon Katz Except Kevin Albert was represented by Peter Pasciucco. That’s not a misspelled name or a scrivener’s error. That’s an entirely different attorney. Adam Lally thanked Tully and relied on the information provided. Or did he know too? So why was he given the wrong lawyer? Was it negligence? Was it misinformation? Or was it assumed no one would ever see these emails through FOIA and that Rosemary would never learn she was being falsely identified as Kevin Albert’s counsel? Now Rosemary herself is calling it out: “This is bullshit. Metadata? What metadata? Ohhh that metadata. The metadata they proudly claimed to protect..... you know, for integrity. The metadata safeguarded by nearly $20,000 worth of software, purchased in the noble name of protecting the integrity of the NCDAO. Top-tier!! State-of-the-art!! Very serious stuff. And yet… When Karen Read's defense attorney politely asked to authenticate that metadata? .........Mysteriously unavailable. It just Vanished. Like it Evaporated. Gone like it was never real to begin with. Looks like that expensive $20,000 software failed on the one job it was supposedly bought to do. But hey...... let's not be unfair. At least the video editing, photo editing, and doctoring features seem to work flawlessly. So really, not a total loss. Just maybe not the metadata-preservation-for-court tool it was advertised to be. Hope it came with a warranty… or at least a sense of irony.
