@TravelodgeUK booked in at Frankley, waited ten minutes for the reception guy to turn up. Tried to access the WiFi I paid for, doesnโt work, asked Captain Misery on reception for help, he printed out a sheet of instructions, and they donโt work either.

Wife had to fix the fan in the nuclear hot room as it was making a racket and the area behind reception smells of stale cannabis smoke.

Hotels and B&Bโs of the world, why do you always provide three towels for two guests?!
One hand towel for use after washing hands.
One for the floor so you donโt slip after showering.
Leaving one towel for two adults post shower.
I just donโt get it.
