hired & deployed by DCC etc, can and will improve the City Centre. Staff need to be virtually 24/7 around that area tipping away keeping it clean and guards need to be lifting and moving on those intent on bringing down the high standards that we should be expecting on O’Connell

Street in terms of policing, regeneration and cleanliness. The raw materials are there just need the political drive and manpower to make the regeneration work and have a city centre that we can all visit and enjoy.
