Big up @Uber_Support for ignoring my request for help and then straight up just stealing £31 from me for food they never delivered. I Will never be using their "Service" again, They have appalling customer service. Shame on you Uber.

Really? @UberEats You have 2 drivers that cancelled pick up, and then leave my order for nearly 2 hours and don't offer any help with the order, won't let me collect, so instead you charge me to cancel and DOUBLE DOWN? This is appalling customer service. #shameonyou
