I created my LinkedIn just 27 weeks ago. Still far and away the easiest algorithm to crack in 2025. Since then I’ve added over 6,300 connections, recorded 1.35 million impressions, reached nearly 450,000 members and added over $25,000 in monthly pipeline revenue. Here is the full strategy I’ve followed with no steps skipped.
And if you want the private tips including engagement group structure, niche DM templates, performance boosters, and more, follow me, share this post, and comment “LinkedIn special guide 2025.” You need to do all 3 to get the full version.
Let’s break it down…
My strategy is based on 2 core concepts: content engagement and content output.
Let's start with output.
I post 3 times per day, including weekends.
The pattern is simple:
When I post daily = reach compounds
When I don’t = impressions dip fast
Weekends are underutilized; fewer posts in the feed = more visibility.
Post Volume = Luck Multiplier:
10 posts → 1 hits
30 posts → 3–4 hits
50 posts → something goes semi-viral
Afternoons still perform best for me, but you should test and find your own window.
Don’t overthink your flops. One strong post can outweigh an entire week of mid ones, nobody is auditing your post history.
Format Rankings (Best to Worst)
Carousels – Step-by-step breakdowns, frameworks (2–3x reach)
GIFs & Videos – Stories, walkthroughs (2x reach, gaining traction fast)
Tweet-style Images – Bold, concise takes (1.1x reach, cooled off since 2024)
Static Images – Charts, stats, infographics (baseline)
Text-only – Clear commentary or POV (about 70% of baseline)
Carousels continue to drive the highest re-share and save rates.
GIFs/videos are picking up steam again.
Tweet-style image performance has noticeably dropped, likely algorithm-related.
Use Effective CTAs:
“Comment X if you want Y”
“DM me for the full playbook”
“Bookmark this and share with your team”
Now let's talk engagement.
If you’re not engaging, your content is throttled. Period.
LinkedIn rewards interaction, likes, comments, shares all trigger second-degree reach.
Spend at least 75% of your time here:
Commenting on posts
Liking relevant content
Re-sharing smart takes with your own POV
Connecting with people who engage with you
So who should you engage with?
Founders and execs
Niche creators
Ghostwriters managing big accounts
Marketers in your vertical
Anyone already interacting with your content
About Engagement Groups
Still underrated. Still effective.
Set up or join a small crew of 5–10 consistent creators who:
Like, comment, and/or re-share each other’s content
Within the first 60 minutes of posting
If done right, this triggers early lift from the algorithm and expands reach.

LinkedIn is still where high-ticket decisions get made, and where real attention lives in 2025.
Use this playbook for 30 days and check your results on Day 31.
And again, if you want the full system I use daily to build revenue, connections, and visibility, just follow me, share this post, and comment “LinkedIn special guide 2025.” Just make sure you do all 3, otherwise you won't get the DM.
