Chase O'Brien is a cancer patient who painted Mike Young's shoes for @HokiesMBB's Shoes 4 Hope game. But before the game, Chase got sick and couldn't make it.
Tonight, @CoachMKYoung kept his promise to treat Chase like royalty as an honorary starter.

Virginia has a new state co-champion chinkapin oak (𝑄𝑢𝑒𝑟𝑐𝑢𝑠 𝑚𝑢𝑒ℎ𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑔𝑖𝑖), located in Clarke county. The tree is statistically tied with our current state and national champ chinkapin oak in Rockingham county.

Roanoke/NRV area I can think of 3 sizable March 25ish snows, 1 March 21, 1 March 30 & 1 April 4 in my 20 years following it. Western side of state had a bit more late season leeway but yes night & heavy rates help a ton.

I heard a good "boom" in my backyard here in Logan, #Utah two nights ago when we hit -14F after a high of 0F and a previous low of -10F. It happened under a spruce tree where the snow cover is light due to its canopy snow capture. #utwx @NWSSaltLakeCity
