thanks for the opportunity to play in simulation in such an important role, refreshing pediatric emergencies when they rarely come to the ED. IMPACTS is a great program.
(2 of 2) I told him no and explained our process and the why. Managed to get him on board to postpone so he could have a chance to do the necessary work so he’d have a chance meet his educational objectives. Then I used him as an example in my presentation at #IMSH2020
(2 of 2) I have removed this requirement at my institution, but I had to convince HR why. I use a collaborative model, as I believe you should. Plus, with degree programs, we will get to a point where more people will have a depth of sim knowledge with no clinical credentials.
