Access to intelligence should not depend on a handful of companies or governments. This is why open, decentralized, permissionless AI matters. This is why Bittensor matters.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

This is your wakeup call. Anthropic just took down Fable 5. It's over. Here's the thing tho: no company or government will EVER be able to take away your local models. There are Opus level models you can run right now on your home GPUs, and nobody can ever stop you from using them This is only the beginning of events like this. Day 1. More government overreach will happen. This will only keep happening more and more as models get closer to AGI Become sovereign. Buy your own compute. Before even that becomes illegal

❤️ DONOR ADVISED FUNDS:❤️ EMPOWERING THE FUTURE OF GIVING One of the most powerful tools in modern philanthropy is the Donor Advised Fund (DAF), and we’re excited to be integrating DAF support into the Hope Network ecosystem. A Donor Advised Fund isn’t just a donation. It’s a commitment to impact. When an individual, family, or business contributes cash, stocks, cryptocurrency, or other eligible assets into a DAF, those resources are immediately dedicated to charitable purposes. In return, the donor receives an immediate tax deduction for the full charitable contribution, while retaining the ability to thoughtfully direct those funds to qualified nonprofits and causes over time. This means donors don’t have to choose between maximizing tax efficiency and creating meaningful impact. They can do both. A DAF allows someone to set aside resources today, receive the associated tax benefits today, and then strategically deploy those resources where they can create the greatest impact tomorrow. Imagine being able to dedicate funding toward: 🏠 Housing Families in Need 🎖️ Supporting Veterans 🧩 Autism inclusion and awareness 🍎 Fighting Food Insecurity 🎓 Expanding Educational Opportunities 💊 Providing free healthcare/medicine 🌎 Strengthening Communities Worldwide 💙 Empowering Nonprofits Doing Critical Work While also receiving an immediate charitable tax deduction for making that commitment. That’s the power of a Donor-Advised Fund. For decades, charitable giving has often been slowed by fragmented systems, administrative barriers, and a lack of transparency. The Hope Network is helping change that. By combining DAF integration with verified organizations, transparent campaign funding, impact verification systems, AI powered tool kit, unity protocol coordination layer, decentralized governance, and reputation based accountability, we’re creating an ecosystem where generosity can move faster, further, and with greater confidence than ever before. This isn’t just about making donations easier. It’s about creating a future where charitable capital can be deployed more effectively, where donors can see the difference they’re making, and where nonprofits have greater access to the resources they need to serve their communities. Every dollar represents hope. Every contribution represents opportunity. Every act of generosity has the power to transform lives. The Hope Network is building the infrastructure to help connect generosity with measurable impact at scale. Because the future of philanthropy isn’t just about giving. It’s about giving with purpose. It’s about giving with transparency. It’s about giving with trust. And it’s about building the systems that make hope permanent. 🚀 The future of giving is coordinated. 🚀 The future of giving is transparent. 🚀 The future of giving is Hope.

NEW: The Clarity Act has officially been reported out of the Senate Banking Committee and placed on the Senate Legislative Calendar. On May 14, the committee voted to advance the bill. As of June 1, that process is complete and the legislation is now eligible to be scheduled for consideration by the full Senate. The next major hurdle is a floor vote. The sequence is now: ✅ Introduced ✅ Committee hearings ✅ Committee markup ✅ Passed Senate Banking Committee (15-9) ✅ Placed on Senate Calendar ⬜ Full Senate debate/amendments ⬜ Senate floor vote ⬜ House-Senate reconciliation (if needed) ⬜ Presidential signature

We’re starting to explore this more directly through a partnership focused on blockchain and non profit infrastructure. The goal isn’t to change how a non profit presents itself, it’s to improve the systems behind it so transparency and accountability become standard instead o...

The most important part of using blockchain in a non profit is that the user experience should not change. Donors don’t need to understand blockchain. They just need clear and verifiable information about how funds are being used.

Volatility is a real consideration when combining blockchain and non profit treasuries, but it can be managed. A non profit can structure its treasury similar to a fund with stable assets making up the majority and a smaller portion allocated to growth or yield strategies.

The world has spent decades relying on systems that ask people to simply “trust” that impact is happening. Trust that donations reached the right hands. Trust that outreach happened where organizations claimed it did. Trust that volunteers were truly boots on the ground serving communities in need. We believed humanity deserved better. So we built something different. The Hope Signal is a breakthrough impact verification system designed to help prove real world humanitarian action is actually happening where it says it is. At its core, the Hope Signal acts like a living proof layer for humanitarian work. It creates a secure and transparent way for organizations, volunteers, and communities to verify that outreach efforts, aid distribution, volunteer participation, and boots on the ground outreach and coordination efforts are genuinely taking place. Rather than relying on screenshots, reports, or unverifiable claims, the Hope Signal uses decentralized verification methods and privacy preserving technology to generate proof of real activity without compromising the safety or identity of the people involved. When volunteers participate in outreach, when aid reaches a location, or when humanitarian missions are completed, those actions can be validated through the system and permanently recorded through immutable on chain infrastructure. This creates a transparent historical record of impact that cannot easily be manipulated or erased. The goal is not surveillance. The goal is accountability, coordination, and trust. The Hope Signal is designed to empower ethical organizations, protect authentic volunteers, and give donors and communities confidence that meaningful action is truly occurring in the real world. Verified outreach. Verified volunteer engagement. Verified presence. Transparent impact. By combining decentralized verification, privacy-focused proof systems, and immutable on-chain validation, the Hope Signal creates a new era of accountability for humanitarian coordination and community action. This is bigger than technology. This is about restoring trust in impact itself. A future where communities, donors, organizations, and volunteers are empowered by transparent systems that verify action instead of relying on empty promises. The Hope Signal represents a shift from performative activism to provable impact. From centralized trust… to transparent coordination. From uncertainty… to verifiable hope. The future of humanitarian infrastructure is being built now. And this is only the beginning.

Governance is another piece where blockchain and non profit models intersect, but it has to be handled carefully. A DAO style structure can increase transparency around decision making, but it still needs to feel familiar and stable to donors who are used to more traditional n...

Another area where blockchain can help a non profit is through programmable funding. Funds can be released based on milestones, third party verification, or predefined timelines which adds structure and removes a lot of ambiguity around how money is deployed.

DeEEP turns infrastructure from a barrier into a growth engine. That’s the shift most people haven’t priced in yet.

What blockchain offers a non profit is the ability to move from trust based systems to verification based systems. Instead of assuming funds are being used correctly, donors can actually see how those funds are being used through a public and immutable record.

There have been enough examples over time to show the gaps in how non profit funds are managed. The Red Cross faced heavy scrutiny after Haiti around how funds were allocated versus what was delivered. More recently other large non profit organizations have dealt with investig...

A major issue with any non profit is delayed reporting. Financials come out months after decisions are made and money is already spent. Blockchain allows a non profit to move from periodic reporting to a continuous and verifiable ledger that anyone can check in real time.

When most people hear blockchain and non profit in the same sentence they think about accepting crypto donations. That’s not the interesting part. The real value is transparency and the ability to verify how funds move from donation to final use.
