An urgent @govuk review of the Package Travel Regulations are required to protect travellers at times of conflict or natural disaster. The inconsistency and at times make it up as you go approach must end. Tour Operators must have clear guidelines to follow.

I’m no academic on airport expansion but looking at the costs and impact of #HeathrowExpansion can we not fully open the 2nd runway at LGW and fully utilise Southend. Use Mansten in Kent which is sitting empty … just a thought 💭

The Package Travel Regulations seem to fall apart when customers have issues out of ‘normal’ office hours. 24 hour numbers not being answered, numbers not being provided. Some operators are amazing, some need to step up… @TTGMedia @travelweekly @UK_CAA #delayed #flight

We all appreciate the IT failure is ‘unprecedented’ but it’s another example of airlines and airports not having adequate contingency plans. Emergency staff, refreshments, seating, communications, it should not be difficult #travel

Exciting news from @DebenTravel ... they are moving! They have outgrown their current premises and will be moving to a much larger premises at Whisstocks Place. Please note, @DebenTravel are planning to close on the 31st May and open in their new location on Tuesday 4th June.
