stETH and MOR Token FAQ
As day 7 of the Morpheus Fair Launch approaches its best to address some frequently asked questions here so there is an easy place to point people for answers.
The most common questions are:
1. Can I continue staking my stETH in Morpheus beyond day 7?
YES. You can keep staking your stETH after day 7.
Every day you keep your stETH deposited you earn additional MOR rewards.
2. Can I continue staking my stETH in Morpheus past day 90 (May 8th 2024)?
YES. You can keep staking your stETH after day 90. Every extra day you keep your stETH deposited you earn additional MOR rewards. In fact the Capital Provider reward in Morpheus goes for the entire ~16 year period of the initial supply curve. So keep earning MOR as long as you like : )
3. When can I withdraw my stETH?
Depends on when you deposited them.
The Smart Contract allows Capital Providers to withdraw 7 days from the time of their individual deposit.
4. Can I deposit additional stETH?
YES. You can make additional deposits of stETH when ever you like. Each deposit can be withdrawn after 7 days or longer.
5. When can I claim the MOR I earned?
The MOR tokens are claimable / sendable on day 90 (May 8th 2024). Don't be fooled by anyone offering to sell MOR before May 8th 2024. There is no pre-mine, there are no team tokens. The only MOR that exist are those fairly earned.
6. How many MOR will I earn for depositing stETH?
This is hard to predict so early on. However there is a website a community member put up that tries to run some of these estimates / calculations.

7. What can I use MOR tokens for when I can claim it?
The first utility of MOR will be to access Inference / Compute for running Smart Agents. Every person that holds MOR will get a pro-rata amount of access to the Compute offered to the Morpheus network. Think of it as Staking or Hodling for Inference or Intelligence : ) See Yellowstone paper for details. This aspect is still under development, but very actively being worked on by many open source devs.

Secondly, holding MOR may have lot of other benefits related to projects launching on the Morpheus Techno Capital Machine. As Smart Agents launch on Morpheus and use the same fair launch approach providing MOR yield to these projects is a very interesting way to support more open source projects to use the same staking Smart Contracts and best practices developed by the Morpheus community. See paper here.

8. Is it better to provide stETH to earn MOR or buy them on Uniswap day 90 (May 8th 2024)?
While there is a lot of discussion about this question, its impossible to predict as this point. However there is little downside to just doing BOTH. Everyone can earn MOR from their stETH and then on day 90 if MOR is cheap on Uniswap you can always withdraw your stETH and trade it for MOR.
Oh and there are now 60,000 stETH staked to the Morpheus Smart Contracts.
Amazing to see all the passion for Decentralized AI. Keeping being awesome.
