How is it possible that we've switched from Yield Farming to NFTs so quickly? Why is the attention span of The Ethereum Community so short? How could it possibly be this short? I feel like I'm missing something basic.

Great way to illustrate the irreversibility characteristic of crytographic hashing!
How could we extend the metaphor to capture that (a) hashed data doesn't give you any idea of what the source material was and (b) hashes are deterministic (same output for the same input)?
