We've had a number of contacts reach out wanting to know if they are at risk from the wallet draining activity reported by @tayvano_ - below is our perspective, stepping through the risk factors.

For the past 48hrs I've been unwinding a massive wallet draining operation 😳😭
I don't know how big it is but since Dec 2022 it's drained 5000 ETH and ??? in tokens / NFTs / coins across 11 chains.
Its rekt my friends & OGs who are reasonably secure.
No one knows how.

‼️We can’t stress this enough - If you have all your crypto under a single Seed Phrase / Private Key, please be safe - migrate now 🙏
We recommend a @safe multisig with at least two separate keys that you control. Then rotate each key at least once a year 🔑

Already ~$300,000 in sandwich MEV extraction reported for today by @EigenPhi. The damage to the user is much larger than that as bots can only capture a small fraction. The defense though has never been simpler - just use mevblocker.io/ RPC!
