I want to warn everyone about @Jucom_Official. I am a direct victim and strongly advise no one to keep any funds on this exchange. I had assets on their native network JuChain (@juchain101). Part of my funds I tried to bridge/withdraw to BSC. Instead of the promised “2 seconds”, more than 48 hours have passed — and nothing has arrived. Support contacts listed on the website are useless: complete silence in both Discord and Telegram. At the same time, small withdrawals are going through to some users (bridge address: 0x77051143118f4dbe64cee8abebd87a4b9b095402). Another part of my funds I deposited directly onto the exchange @Jucom_Official to later withdraw to another network. On June 6, all balances disappeared. The exchange claimed to be doing “technical maintenance”. Today, according to their own schedule, everything was supposed to be back online — but it’s not. Support is non-existent. The in-app chat shows a 3-hour waiting time, and even after waiting that long, the chat was simply closed by staff without any response. From their latest announcements, it appears they are forcibly converting all users’ USDT and other assets into their own JU token at a highly unfavorable rate and imposing a lock-up. This is outright fraud. In just these 3 stressful days, I have effectively lost $1,700 of my own money. According to many other users, tens or even hundreds of thousands of people have been affected.
If you are also a victim — please speak up. The more noise we make, the higher the chance of a proper investigation. Tag @zachxbt and spread this information. Scammers must be held accountable.
