I quietly just won my child support case, team. My son's mother could have won forever by continuing to not update her information. No matter what I did, I was unable to modify the court papers because I didn’t have an address to serve her—a broken system. Then I got served with papers stating that she and her Asian wife are residents of Virginia and want to put her wife on my son’s birth certificate. I immediately e-filed a motion for contempt for not updating her marital status and information (her wife is a millionaire, btw). More importantly, I asked that my $700-a-month child support be audited and modified because, as stated in the support order, it covers an expensive Maryland daycare not used for 6 years. So I had to file twice and send the objection letter to Virginia stating that my son was basically kidnapped by a lying troon. Anyway, my daughters can’t wait to meet their brother. Soon my family will be whole. I put it all in the hands of Jesus Christ, and He has me. I put that on my Radbro.
