Last week, our very own Robyn Gatens, director of the
@Space_Station and acting director of the Commercial Spaceflight Division, kicked off the
@DeepSpaceFood Challenge in Ohio with a dynamic discussion on the food industry and deep space mission with Chef
@TylerFlorence. Robyn also gave the keynote address, where she recognized the innovative solutions these finalists developed to advance our food systems for long-duration, deep space missions.
Congratulations to this year’s winner of the $750,000 grand prize: Interstellar Lab of Merritt Island, Florida!
