#fallriver has been fishing well all winter! If you’re willing to brave the cold, the subsurface fishing has been great. Micro nymphs (sz 18-22) in the midge and BWO/PMD varieties have been best. Small hatches mid day of BWO’s and little black stones have been good. - Landon Mace
The #Crooked fished fantastic yesterday. Great couple visiting from GigHarbor. 250 CFS. #18 pheasant tails & #20 midge. Cheers! Dan Anthon

#FallRiver Bigger fish still hanging around in certain areas. Most #trout came on micro 20-22 midges & mayfly #nymphs. Blk/red/tan/purple.

With the #Crooked River sitting ~100cfs the fish have concentrated in deeper runs w/ some visible current. Zebra midge in blk and purple...

#FallRiver Lots of big fish up there now. Micro mayflys and midge patterns in the 18-22 size range. 2 bit hooker in tan was getting it done
#LowerD is alive and well with the cooler weather. Rubber legs stones trailed by a caddis emerger can yield some memorable catches.

Some rising to dries until late morning. Low flows. Caught fish on split case pmds, blk 2 bit hookers and red midge emergers. #Crooked River
Upper McKenzie river is fishing well for wild rainbows 7 to 17 inches on October caddis pupae and dries #McKenzie River #DeepCanyon
