I joined a blockchain quiz in a Web3 community, and I was actually topping the contest… until one question threw me off. “Explain Blockchain Trilemma in your own terms.” Trilemma? What’s that one again? Honestly, I had never heard it before. At that point, I was low-key praying that my opponent also didn’t know it. And for a moment… my prayer worked 😭 We both didn’t know it. But the quiz didn’t end there. I ended up taking second place. Apparently, I also missed 2 other questions that my opponent got correctly. I was pained, but yeah… we move regardless. After the quiz, I couldn’t let it go. I went to read properly about what “Blockchain Trilemma” actually means… And guys, I brought the full gist for y’all 🧵

You have so many questions. About where you went wrong… why you’re failing… why your growth feels slow. It’s worth remembering, you can bring all of it to God. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” These aren’t just words. Also remember that those who have won aren’t in chapter 1 or 2 of their lives. They’ve put in the work. They showed up even on days they were tired. Now, today is Sunday. What’s stopping you from being in God’s presence and laying it all down? As much as you think about it, pray about it. Don't just carry it, surrender it. Happy Sunday, X family.

Good morning Frens Happy Saturday Do well to check the quoted post and touch grass today!!
𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝟏𝟐𝟔𝟑𝟑𝟑-𝟎𝟎𝟏𝟎 ($𝟏𝟕𝐤), 𝐬𝐨 𝐈 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚 $𝟏𝟎 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭... A win is a win 😭 And before you laugh, yes, it's actually real. In my first RWA series, I used a wristwatch as an example of an asset that can be tokenized. Today, let's look at other real-world assets that can be tokenized. First things first... There are two major types of assets: • Tangible Assets • Intangible Assets Tangible assets are physical things you can see and touch. Intangible assets exist, have value, but aren't physical. Let’s start with tangible assets. Real Estate is one of the most popular examples. Imagine owning a fraction of a commercial building in Lagos or a luxury apartment in New York. That's exactly what RWA tokenization makes possible. Instead of buying the entire property, ownership can be split into tokens people can buy. Another example is commodities. Gold, silver, cocoa, coffee, cotton and similar assets can all be tokenized. Traditionally, getting exposure to these assets required serious capital. But tokenization changes that. Platforms like @totofinance are building infrastructure for tokenized commodities like gold, silver, diamonds, and other real-world assets, aiming to make traditionally institutional markets more accessible. The first time I saw tokenized cocoa, I was honestly shocked. Like… you're telling me I can own a token representing cocoa? Apparently yes. @MANTRA_Chain, in partnership with Dimitra, has also explored bringing agricultural assets onchain. It's about to get interesting.... Now, let’s talk luxury assets. Wristwatches, luxury bags, collectibles… all entering the space. Projects like @watchfyio are making it possible to own fractions of high-end watches like Rolexes. Here’s how it works: A luxury watch is sourced. It is authenticated to confirm it’s genuine. It is then insured, with documentation available for verification. After that, tokens are issued onchain to represent fractional ownership. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on a Rolex, users can just buy fractions of it through tokens. Girlies, imagine owning a fraction of a Hermès Birkin instead of saving up $20k–$50k for the whole bag That’s the kind of accessibility RWA is trying to unlock. Luxury bags are also entering the space through @lympid_io. 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬. Government bonds and Treasury Bills are examples of intangible assets and they can also be tokenized. But first… What exactly is a Treasury Bill? A Treasury Bill is basically a short-term way the government borrows money from people. You give the government money today, and they return it after a short time with a little extra profit. Instead of going through traditional channels, these instruments can now exist onchain. One of the biggest players in this category is @OndoFinance. Company shares can also be tokenized. Just like traditional stock markets, tokenized shares allow ownership to exist onchain. Projects like @aktionariat have already helped dozens of companies tokenize their equity.⬇️

And here’s one many people don’t expect… Music royalties. Artists earn royalties whenever their music is streamed or used commercially. Those future earnings can also be tokenized. Projects like @join_royal are exploring this space. Even insurance-related assets are slowly being explored for tokenization. Crazy right? There are millions of valuable assets in the world. The problem isn’t that they don’t exist. The problem is access. RWA is changing that. You no longer need to buy an entire asset to benefit from its value. You can own a fraction. And that’s a big deal. In case you didn’t know… Tokenized RWAs have grown from roughly $6B to over $31B in about 16 months. That’s over 5x growth....not because of hype. But because real-world value is finally coming onchain. So the next time someone says RWA is just another narrative… Ask them this: If people can already own fractions of real estate, gold, cocoa, watches, company shares and treasury bills onchain… Is it really just a narrative? Or is it the future? Next in this series, I’ll break down exactly how tokenization works.

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗼𝘀? No visa, no broker, no millions in your account. Most people don't know this yet. Let me show you how... My uncle opens his Bamboo app every single day. He collects dividends like clockwork. Zenith? Paid. MTN? Paid. Cadbury? Paid. WAPCO? Paid. Man is actively investing in Nigerian stocks and earning dividends. But little does my uncle know... he's still playing small in a rapidly changing financial system. Because now, many of the same types of assets accessed through traditional investment apps are also becoming available on the blockchain through RWA (Real World Assets). And this time, it's global. No longer limited to Nigerian stocks. He could now potentially access tokenized real estate in New York, U.S. government bonds, gold, and other real-world assets — all from a crypto wallet. No broker. No middleman. Not only my uncle can do this... you can too. And this is where RWA (Real World Assets) comes in. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗪𝗔? RWA (Real World Assets) refers to the process of tokenizing real-world assets on the blockchain. In simple terms, it means converting physical or traditional financial assets into digital tokens that can be owned, traded, or invested in on-chain. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? It involves taking assets like real estate, cars, watches, gold, and bonds, then breaking them into smaller fractional units represented as tokens. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗪𝗔 𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿? Because investing has always had barriers. Many people want exposure to assets like stocks and real estate, but affordability is often a challenge. Take Seplat for example—a Nigerian oil and gas company listed on the stock market. At about ₦10,450 per share, someone with ₦20,000 can only buy one or two shares. With tokenization, however, assets can potentially be divided into smaller units, making them more accessible through fractional ownership. Now, there are two main types of RWA: •Tangible Assets These are physical assets that we can see and touch. They include real estate, cars, gold, watches, land, and more. Yes, these assets can be tokenized. For example: @watchfyio tokenizes luxury watches, allowing users to own fractions of high-value timepieces. @dimitratech works on bringing agricultural assets and farm data on-chain. • Intangible Assets These are financial instruments or rights that exist as legal agreements but carry real value. Examples include government bonds, treasury bills, and intellectual property rights. A popular example is @OndoFinance. It brings U.S. Treasury bonds on-chain, allowing investors to earn yield directly from their crypto wallets. 🧵

𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲... Trillions of dollars worth of real-world assets already exist. But access has traditionally been limited to institutions and high-net-worth individuals. RWA changes that. It brings these assets on-chain and opens access to more people around the world — including you and me. You may not know this, but as of 2026, the RWA sector has grown to over $10 billion in market value, and it's still early. In fact, Real World Asset tokenization is one of the fastest-growing sectors in crypto today. And before you ask, "What about Nigeria?" The interesting part is that Nigeria's Investment and Securities Act 2025 already recognizes digital assets and blockchain-based tokens. So while the law doesn't directly mention RWA, the legal foundation for tokenized real-world assets is already taking shape. RWA is still early. Understanding it now could position you ahead of the next wave of crypto adoption. So, do you want to stay where my uncle is... Or start thinking in terms of global assets? In my next post, I'll break down exactly how real-world assets are tokenized on-chain, step by step. If you found this valuable, do well to repost, like, and follow for more insights on RWA. Watch this space...

Doomscrolling has to be one of the easiest ways to find something new in this space. One minute, you're just scrolling and the next minute, you've found a new update and you're already researching it. So yeah, while Doomscrolling, I found something that drew my attention. RWA—Real world asset. Imagine owning a piece of gold, a piece of an apartment in new York or government bonds In your wallet, everything onchain? Yeah, that's what RWA entails…and guyyys, people are still sleeping on it. So yeah, while my Defi Series continues, I'd be talking about RWA alongside. Basically, I'd be teaching what RWA entails, its perks, trade offs and my own take about it. Also, I'd be dropping some RWA Projects you can stay positioned to. It's gon’ be a long ride guyysss. Watch out for this page always. And yeah, Have you ever heard of RWA?

Celebrate Life while you can.❤️
one of the Best Message.. as soon as you die, your identity becomes a "body". people use phrases like "bring the Body", "lower the body in the Grave Yard" etc. people don't even call you by your name whom you tried to Impress whole Life... live a Life to impress the creator not the creation. take chances.. spend money on the things you love... laugh till your stomach hurts.. dance even if you are too bad at it... pose stupidly for photos... be child-like moral: death is not the greatest loss in life. loss is when life dies inside you while you are alive Celebrate this event called LIFE
