🚨 A Texas oil executive who helped expand operations across the Permian Basin is now facing serious criminal charges.
Authorities arrested Vision Oil & Gas founder Josh Cohen in New York after West Texas prosecutors accused him of stealing more than $300,000 in oilfield services. He is expected to be extradited to Texas to face felony charges.

I suspect there was an increasing amount of heartburn around Cohen being responsible for all of the opex and capex when the expected production volumes did not show up.
And even more so when capex dollars had to go to regulatory issues that don’t increase production
