We’ve used exactly the same method throughout the season; in fact, if we stick to it even more strictly, Leclerc is the driver with the fastest optimal lap time up to the moment of the crash, but we’ve decided not to include it.
Don’t like the format? That’s perfectly understandable, but you only come here to complain when your driver isn’t going well.
How many times have we written to you or replied in the way you’re looking for to create conflict? When you weren’t posting any analysis during 2025, did we do so? When you changed your method depending on the race, as in Canada, to extract data that interested you to the point of using all the race laps as a sample (including extremely slow and atypical laps without filtering anything at all), did we say anything to you? No, did we?
We already know you’re only going to be around here when your driver is doing well; you only reply to us on his behalf. You couldn’t care less about the rest of the drivers, so do us a favour: silence us and just forget about us. Enjoy your driver’s performances and stop bothering the rest of us who don’t think exactly the same as you.
Regards
