“It has always been my dream to impart knowledge on the younger generation and through my certification as a top-notch welder from the Rural Youth Skill Acquisition Program (RYSA) my dreams are being fulfilled “
4. to train two trainees.
Discipline has always been the watch word and that is how I trained my RYSA trainees who are cool headed and always willing to learn even beyond the scope of welding.
5. This encouraged me to train them not just in their primary skill of welding but I also imparted them with the knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV installation & maintainance”

Embodying the RYSA spirit of discipline and service to others, our Rural Youth Skill Acquisition (RYSA) trainees in Sapele united to reengineer the mindset of
school children in their communities. The group sensitized the children against societal ills and encouraged them to be selfless individuals in the society. They rounded up the visit by presenting items donated to the school.
