Your marketing will fail if you only leverage a few marketing channels. Look at how many times people interact with a brand before they purchase. It’s at a record high of 11.1 times. The data isn’t perfect, as everyone doesn’t recall precisely how often they interact with a brand before purchasing, but it gives you an idea of what’s happening. It used to be 8.5 times, and now it’s 11.1. You can start by focusing on a few channels and get them scaled up, but eventually, you will have to go omnichannel.
