SoluLab is seeking a growth leader who can build a predictable revenue engine generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities across Banking, Fintech, AI Transformation, Supply Chain, Enterprise Software, and Digital Transformation sectors.
The company needs someone experienced in outbound engines, scaled ABM programs, pipeline targets, and AI-powered prospecting.
π Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end demand generation strategy
- Multi-channel outbound programs (LinkedIn, email, referral, partner, events)
- ICP definition, account targeting, messaging & campaign execution
- SDR productivity and outbound performance
- Revenue-focused marketing initiatives
- Building strategic partnerships with fractional CTOs, AI consultants, consulting firms, venture studios & system integrators
π Requirements:
- 7β15 years in Demand Generation, Revenue Growth, ABM or Pipeline Development
- Background in IT Services, AI, Digital Transformation, Consulting or Enterprise SaaS
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Proven multi-channel campaign success and pipeline building
- Analytical skills in ROI, funnel performance & attribution
- Hands-on with Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, ChatGPT
