ALT AG Rayfield keeps fighting against Trump’s unlawful tariffs

ALT Our multistate coalition is continuing the fight to protect consumers. After a federal court struck down the administration’s latest unlawful tariffs, we are pushing back against the federal government’s attempts to keep those tariffs in place. We’re also appealing a procedural ruling to make sure states can keep fighting for families, small businesses, and fair prices. We will continue to lead the effort to defend Oregonians from higher costs.
