Huge thanks to the @AmericanAir crew on Flight 2192 and to my wife, Meredith, who provided in-flight medical help for over 90 minutes (and counting). I just sent in a note to Customer Relations hoping they’ll help me show her how appreciated she really is.

Today, I brought together two great friends @DerylSweeney & @patrigsby, for lunch who are also top tier coaches.
In an industry where anyone can "be a coach", it was fun hearing them share stories.
A few things stood out to me on why they're both so successful.

🎁 They don't have to sell and instead just give value upfront.
🤝They build community amongst people they serve and even those they don't.

After one of his coaches knocked this trash can over after a tough loss to Alabama, Jamal Shead stopped and picked up.
No one was watching, not doing it for kudos or applause, simply doing it because it’s the right thing to do.
How you do anything, is how you do everything. Now he’s led his team to the Sweet 16. Pulling for guys like this!

1. Worrying about what other people think about you.
2. Believing that other people think about you in the first place.
Harsh Truth: Most people don’t really care about you.
The Spotlight Effect says that we overestimate the degree to which other people are noticing or observing our actions.
This is liberating—stop worrying about what others think, be yourself, and live according to your values.
