Many designers with 0-3 years of experience have had a hard time landing jobs.
So DG member Mike Deng created a free job directory containing 200 intern, new grad, and entry level fulltime UX roles aggregated from LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed!

In my 1:1 with @callmejohnnie, we imagined what it’ll be like looking back at this @webflow design team years from now. This group will have futures heads of design, investors, inventors…whatever they dream.
I think of this future and it keeps me focused on what we do today.

When showing new design work, it's helpful to have a mini-retrospective and use the phrase "remember when" to sum the previous decisions made to get to this point. It sounds so simple, but many of us forget this, and go for the reveal. Crediting @mrbenburns_ for this goodness.
