Working on a 40k sqft #Cannabis #RealEstate deal. We found in the document that the landlord’s responsibilities included making sure there are no “pot holes in the parking” which needed to be corrected to “Potholes”. That’s a #Freudian slip if I’ve ever seen one! #brokerProblems

Seller told me he wanted $5 to $5.5 million. I underwrote the deal and felt comfortable at $5.25 million. He just called and said we are millions apart!
