An honest community manager, moderator, designer, raider, or marketer gets overlooked, underpaid, or simply not trusted.
Yet somehow, the same developer will hand over 2x or 3x more money to someone with a history of scamming, farming communities, or delivering nothing of value.
→ Why does this keep happening?
• Is it psychology?
• Desperation?
• Manipulation?
• Or are scammers simply better at selling themselves?
