My guy Creed (2028) was one of the most productive receivers in Utah last season. He just received his first P4 offer from BYU, but he will be blowing up. S Already pushing a 4.4.. 👀 @PArmstrongOU @ApplebaumNathan @TheCribSouthFLA @CoachTuitele

SPRING BALL RECAP - WEBER WARRIORS I first want to thank coach Mo for trusting me to help their players get seen, and allowing me to come by for practice. Not every program maximizes the opportunities for their players, but Weber absolutely does. HERE IS WHAT I SAW: Coach Mo Cannon does a phenomenal job of connecting with his players. I loved the energy at practice, it was competitive and the players were holding each other accountable. The three big things that stood out to me was the organization, professionalism and a standard of excellence that every individual in the program strives for. The structure of the session was very college-esque which is something I like to see. This team does not look for excuses with things aren’t perfect, they attack the challenge and it shows in their character. When you combine this type of leadership with talented kids, seeing success is only a matter of time. Weber does have a lot of talent, but they also know that they aren’t going to line up and have a size advantage in most games. They have to out-work the competition. After seeing how they operate I wouldn’t bet against it. Region play will bring some tough matchups , and in 6A you have to bring it every week. I look forward to seeing them meet the challenge. WHO STOOD OUT? 1. Carter Payne, QB 2028 @Carter1Payne Carter has been the signal caller for multiple seasons, but I expect him to take a big jump this year. He looks more mature physically, and he was making a lot of good decisions in the team session. The ball jumps out of his hand, he generates efficient velocity, and he was on time with the delivery on most throws. I would like to see his stride shortened slightly to help maximize velocity , but overall he is a VERY good QB. He is also more athletic than people realize and it would not surprise me to see him be effective on the ground. This is a top 3 QB in the state for the class of 2028. 2. Creed DeVries, WR - 2028 @CreedDevries1 If you’ve followed this page over the last year, you will have seen Creed’s name pop up on multiple occasions. He’s a very talented player that has already received a P4 offer. The connection he has with Carter is obvious from the jump, the two are completely in sync and Creed does a great job of being open on every play. For his age, there are not many players with the route proficiency, hands and instincts that DeVries showcases. I’m very high on him and fully expect to see his name at the top of 6A receiving categories at the end of the year. 3. Reese Cantwell, ATH - 2027 @CantwellReese Reese really stood out to me right away. His build and athleticism was impressive, he looks like a kid with next level potential. Seeing how was utilized makes me excited about what his season could be. I would anticipate him being a major contributor on both sides of the ball. He is one to watch that might be under the radar currently. The future is bright for the boys in red and black. With the standard they have at practice, I know it will carry over to the field on Friday nights. Appreciate the time fellas, go prove yourselves right 👊🏻 @CoachMoCannnon @weberathletics
