What’s the net profit margin of buying and selling a single house , unit economics.
Then add the ancillary products that make money , mortgage, insurance etc, what’s this number?
Did you know on average across all Tesla cars sold: roughly $5,000–$8,000 in net profit per vehicle after costs.
Of course there’s old inventory from previous management that needs to be cleared and where are we at that ?

Hello @nejatian, thank you for doing a great job so far! I know the stock does not reflect this and it can be frustrating for shareholders, I personally own a substantial amount of stock and would like to know is there a way for shareholders to submit questions for the next earnings call? Sorry if this was already answered somewhere
