Well, @scotiabank is so bad. How bad are they? I requested my business account be closed last Wednesday, and it still is not closed, and nobody from the branch will answer their phone or return my call.

About a year ago @scotiabank and @jpmorgan failed to get a simple wire transfer to work now they are partnering. If this is your bank probably time to switch. @RBC is very efficient and helpful especially with cross-border banking. I think scotia is getting scared
