The world today is characterized by large-scale inequalities. And a climate crisis is looming over us. We urgently need a new vision for global progress in the 21st Century. One that grounds human development and equality in planetary habitability. What would it take to achieve high prosperity and equality while remaining within planetary boundaries? The World Inequality Lab is very excited to launch the #GlobalJusticeReport. [1/7]

FYI, those are fake batteries, in case you couldn’t tell. Our real ones got lost in shipping! We found them, though. They showed up four weeks late. Good thing we also had backups, all of which are now being modified and retested.
My mission in life is to rewrite how science is done across the Solar System. It’s why I started AstroForge, it’s why we’re building spacecraft, and it’s why I have spent every waking moment for the last 6 months getting to this milestone, the spacecraft. Last month, the major flight hardware of DeepSpace-2 came together on our integration floor for the first time. This is the spacecraft that will travel millions of miles into deep space to rendezvous with and image a near-Earth asteroid. Humanity has flown only a handful of missions to deep space, none of which have ever visited metallic asteroids, which are the cores of ancient planets. These asteroids are rich in critical minerals that are essential to advanced industry on Earth. When DeepSpace-2 launches, we have an opportunity to be the first entity to take images of this type of body in its natural environment. That’s what we’re building with our spacecraft platform: a low-cost, rapidly iterated spacecraft that will roll off the production line and fly often. We still have a ton of work ahead of us before launch. In the months ahead, we’ll put the spacecraft through a rigorous testing campaign. Deep space is unforgiving, and we know that better than almost anyone. But great outcomes aren't built on fear, they're built on pure resilience. I will never give up. I am incredibly proud of our team, who worked overtime to make this happen. Their dedication to the mission is why this spacecraft exists. Making things that have never existed isn't easy, but we owe it to the world to try.

1/ I'm excited to announce that @Picogrid closed a $45M Series A, led by @BessemerVP. We're building the open infrastructure layer for the military's growing arsenal of sensors, drones, autonomous systems, AI agents, and C2 software.

After 1,000,000 engineering hours, we're ready to give an update on what we've been making and how. Construction is the largest, least productive industry on Earth, and it’s starting to affect housing. We're here to fix that. Thesis: We can build quality homes — any type — faster and cheaper than most of the industry through industrialization. Here's how: Construction's biggest problem is logistics: getting the right materials, people, and information in the right place at the right time. So we invented a new type of manufacturing, Mobile Micro-Factories — small, modular, local factories that make and prepare every part of a home, then deliver it in stages, last-mile, to the site ready to assemble with non-specialized labor. We’re built to scale fast — we can quickly copy our factories into hundreds of markets worldwide. This is a really hard problem to solve; we're going to get there. We'll walk through the nuances in more detail over the next few weeks. Full film dropping soon.

This month, General Galactic (@gengalactic) broke a nearly 70-year-old record in rocket science. Announcing Genesis, our water-electrolysis space propulsion platform. We're the first company to demonstrate this capability with real flight hardware.

Under the directives of the President of the UAE, we launch a new government model. Within two years, 50% of government sectors, services, and operations will run on Agentic AI, making the UAE the first government globally to operate at this scale through autonomous systems. AI is no longer a tool. It analyses, decides, executes, and improves in real time. It will become our executive partner to enhance services, accelerate decisions, and raise efficiency. This transformation has a clear timeline. Two years. Performance across government will be measured by speed of adoption, quality of implementation, and mastery of AI in redesigning government work. We are investing in our people. Every federal employee will be trained to master AI, building one of the world’s strongest capabilities in AI-driven government. Implementation will be overseen by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, with a dedicated taskforce chaired by Mohammad Al Gergawi driving execution. The world is changing. Technology is accelerating. Our principle remains constant. People come first. Our goal is a government that is faster, more responsive, and more impactful.
