🚨👀 📺 Yesterday I spoke to ITV News after walking out of the COVID-19 Inquiry.
This is personal. This is my dad. This is families like mine.
Recognition and Reform of VDPS. 💪🏻
Thank you @BeccaBarry@itvnews#VIBUK#CovidInquiry
A father left paralysed by AstraZeneca’s Covid vaccine killed himself after being denied compensation.
Here's how all the events unfolded ⤵️

I believe in vaccines and so did John Cross. His family bravely fought for justice in John’s memory, and rightly highlight that there are many others who also deserve justice and recognition for injuries from Covid vaccines that were rolled out at pace.

Sky News (16th June 2026) "COVID vaccine complications:
John Cross suffered paralysing complications from the COVID jab but was initially denied a payout under the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme. His widow is calling for urgent reform."
John Cross, who was a respected pharmacist, tragically ended up taking his own life after suffering with serious injury caused by the Covid vaccines.

@ukmfa1 on how "so called "vaccine hesitancy" probably saved thousands from the injury and death Baroness Hallett admits was suffered by a small minority of people"
Yet Baroness Hallett urges the authorities to work on increasing vaccine CONFIDENCE, not vaccine SAFETY, "before the next pandemic".

The Covid-19 Inquiry confirmed that @wesstreeting had met with vaccine injured and bereaved campaigners back in Sept 2024 to discuss the inadequate Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme. Yet up to February 2026 no formal announcement had been made regarding its reform.
The Covid Inquiry agrees reform is needed. But now we are being told it may be up to 16th Oct 2026 before a response to the Covid Inquiry recommendations is made.
This isn’t justice this isn’t fairness. This is just delay after delay and failure of another Government to honours its side of the social contract.
Every delay sends the same message: that those who suffer harmed from a vaccine do not matter and that it is ok push them to the back of the queue. That is unacceptable.
Every delay increases the distrust felt.

UK Covid Inquiry Cover-Up: Module 4 Deep Dive
@ukmfa1 presentation to MD4CEI meeting.
Pulling back the curtain on how critical, dissenting medical perspectives were actively excluded from the official record. Exposing the systematic suppression of information around vaccine safety and violations of informed consent.
"....Many of the statements were extraordinary and self evidentally untrue...her ridiculous and impossible claim that 450,000 lives were saved in England alone. How can that possibly be true?..."

Warning: Contains references to suicide.
This is what governments and politicians do regarding every scandal.
Deny, delay and drag their feet.
All the while ordinary people have been killed and maimed.
These so called people have no souls.
Never forget, never forgive and never again 💔 💔 💔

Just absolutely tragic. My dad developed GBs after his vaccine, has been left disabled. Vdps accepted causation for him. Why did this family have to battle & suffer further unimaginable trauma. My heart breaks for them all.😢@SkyNews@Keir_Starmer@SharonHodgsonMP@wesstreeting

£84 million in administration fees to award less than £30 million.
That's disgusting. Profiteering over the deaths and harms of ordinary people.
I have no words 😔😔😔

The Government has spent around £84 million administering the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme, yet families such as the Cross family continue to describe long and difficult experiences seeking recognition and justice following a vaccine-related death.
This contrast between the level of administrative spending and the lived experience of bereaved families and those injured raises ongoing questions about why the Government is delaying reform to a scheme that is inefficient, inadequate and shows little compassion to those harmed.

"The case is one of the most serious examples of the struggle for compensation experienced by those who were left injured by adverse reactions to the AstraZeneca vaccine."

Ms Whitehead said: “I hope it sets some kind of precedent and gives other people hope. What will it take for the Government to overhaul the scheme? They’ll never restore faith in vaccines unless they deal with this head on.

No word can describe not just how appalling the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme is but equally appalling has been both the past and present Governments lack of urgency in supporting those affected.
Delaying does not make the harm suffered any less real it just amplifiers it
