A small update to the app to start the week off ! I read a post by @DomainDanHQ the other day, where a domain went missing from their marketplace listing. Unless meticulous bookkeeping is done (which I'm not good at !), I realised it becomes very hard to identify if any domains have gone missing. So added a small update to the app: When we import marketplace CSVs into the app to sync listings and prices, the app now shows if any domains are missing in the CSV file, and the user can instantly identify if any listings have disappeared, etc. Here's hoping it never happens, but as 007 says, never say never again ! Looks like the urge to build is not stopping. Picked this up from the drop ByteUtils.com - feels like this could be a nice collection of free dev tools that I need use everyday (thanks @goexpired and surprisingly a decent valuation too)

Made small updates to Namesium.com Built a decent “brand name” generator - next step is to check the domain availability etc That will go hand in hand with something I’m working on mgr.domains - the first of the phase2 features are still in progress Realised whatever tools people build, it all comes down to domain names 😀

This is what @grok thinks about the kind of domainer I am, based on my activity. Not far off to be honest, I do love building and absolutely loved exploring the domaining landscape. Hoping to become more of a serious domainer in the coming years (and build better tools)

My first domain anniversary is here - greeted by my first batch of renewals 😂 ! Registered a bunch of junk as newbies always do, but a lot more cautious whilst acquiring now. Still in the bottom 0.1% of knowledgeable domainers but learning everyday ! Built a couple of tools for domainers whilst waiting for my domains to be sold. All in all, a decent first year. Now time to trim my portfolio. Onto year 2 !!

What happens when a lead “stalls” on Afternic ? Do the brokers stop and move on ? Do they come back to it later ? Alternatively, is it possible for me to get the contact details of the potential buyer ?

Temporarily paused my dev of mgr domains to develop this tool ! Just launched Namesium.com - a taste driven naming studio. Had planned to showcase my “stellar” domains 😂 but instead decided to make something useful (for somebody out there) Took @Aladey ‘s suggestion to build instead of letting it gather dust 😀 Will slowly work on this to be able to brainstorm brand names, find available domains and social media handles etc. One name a day keeps the domain flipping away !

Just released SafePay for Sellerhub. Now both buyers and sellers can easily start a transaction to buy or sell a domain name. Domains paid by wire and BTC payments are processed at 3%. Option to split the commission in a variety of ways is available as well!

Just a quick update. The pen tester got back to me late last week and had this to say. Quite happy with it. Reviewed my CORS settings again and while it’s not critical to the safety of the app, planning to fix it anyway.
