When .si emerged last year, the debate was that .si cannot replace .ai because the matter of subject is .ai
My analysis was, that if AI has 3 phases,
AI , ASI and AGI, so the companies will have choice either go with .ai or .si, both will have demand as persay, some companies will offer Superintelligence services and some will be happy with Artificial intelligence, but Artificial Intelligence as the pioneer term have more demand, no doubt.
If Silicon Valley come up with Super intelligence app, that will explode .si sales in no time. I am waiting for 2027 for my .si sales
Thats super intelligence year
2028 is robotics
2029 to 2030 is AGI
Lot of recent chatter around .si.
When investors start buying from other investors, prices can move quickly and it creates the impression that end-user demand is right around the corner.
Sometimes it is. Sometimes it isn't.
We've closed several .si sales recently. Almost every buyer was another investor, not a business.
I'm not saying .si can't work. I'm saying I'd be careful about extrapolating today's investor activity into tomorrow's end-user demand.
