Lesley Stahl on @60Minutes just feigned shock we can't transport LNG to New England from PA. She didn't note @GovKathyHochul blocks the pipeline to get the gas there, or that Democrats have propped up Jones Act forever. She blamed Trump for steel tariffs hurting shipyards, but didn't note Biden kept the tariffs all 4 years. Great example of why this show has to be reformed.

Bass crushes Pratt in a 1-on-1 by 18 pt, while Raman beat Bass by 4.
Pratt's the rarity in LA less popular than the unpopular Bass!

Point one, Trump should simply quit talking about Canada 51st state, it is counterproductive.
Point Two, "New Orleans Transforms Public Education with All-Charter Model" a brilliant point by Rod Martin, Decline is a choice, so is moving forward. Martin details how New Orleans changed their education system.
Point three, Will Graham Plantier refuse to be pushed out of the Maine race? How far will Democrats go? From Plantier point, he is leading the polls against Collins, and he will have no political future if pushed out. Janet Mills is still on the ballot and could actually win if enough Maine voters get cold feet.
Point Four, From Jason Whitlock, "Jason Whitlock accuses Fever coach Stephanie White of trying to sabotage Caitlin Clark: "It was intentional" There are many within the WNBA and in the media want to see Clark to be sidelined and White own strategy is sometimes puzzling. She is your best player, and she should be on the court.
Point Five, Holly Holm lost a close fight that I felt she should have won but at 44, she still good fighter. Holm is the only fighter who has been a champion in both MMA and Boxing. No other fighter has accomplished.

A new academic study is calculating how much money the government could save by dramatically expanding euthanasia .. including “non-voluntary” scenarios for vulnerable people.
They’re literally running the numbers on ending lives without consent as a budget solution.
That’s not dystopian fiction… that’s a real paper being discussed right now.
The study projects potential savings of up to $1.27 trillion by 2047.

Susan Collins has been in the United States Senate for my entire life. She has no major accomplishments, and it would be hard to argue that the people of Maine are materially better off because of her decades-long career in Washington.
So maybe the media needs to spend a little less time focused on Graham Platner's character and a little more time focused on Susan Collins's, because she has become a stand-in for a political system that has left far too many people behind.
I'm not defending his actions, but that's why so many people don't give a shit about Graham Platner's moral defects.
