Interesting!
The timing of carbohydrate consumption during a meal impacts short-term glycemic control. Carbohydrate-last food order reduces glycemic variability and improves time-in-range in patients with T2D. @ADA_Pubs Read Here➡️ diabetesjournals.org/care/lo…

This meta-analysis finds that exercise is likely to increase resting brain-derived neurotrophic factor concentration in older adults and the most effective interventions have a frequency of 3–4 sessions per week, at moderate to vigorous intensity and over at least 12 weeks.

I might be wrong, but danish are so active because of the culture potentially enforced by the extremely high car taxes. Still a great outcome!!!
