That’s a wrap for our MSc summer onsite for 2024. As we finish the final assessment on this years onsite take a look at some of the highlights over the last two weeks. Included is our annual research poster session, weightlifting competition, student labs, guest lecture series and many new memories. We hope everyone enjoys some time of to relax and recover. Today we had our annual poster session for all our dissertation students. This is the end of a long journey for all our students who have delivered a wide breadth of topics related the applied practice. Congrats to all those who took part and see you all at graduation.

First 2 days of our onsite have been focussed on dissertation vivas. Today the practicals began. Some great sessions on lifting, plyos and sprinting. Thanks to @NiallMacSweeney @resolveperf for passing on their knowledge and our own staff @ShaunJoffe and Coach Dan John.
