Imagine fighting depression for decades… Every treatment failed. Then, this. 🌱 This is what hope looks like. 💡

Two contrasting views. Philosopher John Locke: The actions of men are the best interpreters of their thoughts. Novelist Amy Bloom: In relationships, there is a gap between what people say and what they truly feel, and a gap between what they do and what they really want.

Fascinating work on such a complicated question. Kudos to @_brainstorm_12 and team!
Our new paper is now available‼️ We hope this narrative review helps support future work on bio effects of racism and ultimately leads to more generalizable models of neuropsychiatric disorders more effective, culturally competent treatments for Black individuals.

Thank you so much! Feel free to reach out with questions!
This will go down as a seminal paper in neuroimaging by @DrScienceMan1 @DrDamienFair in @NatureNeuro. Can't recall the last time I read a paper that will singlehandedly change how I do multiple different things. Also, the intro is very well-written for a novice or an expert.
