From time to time, I work with people who are going through their own struggles.
And that, in itself, is not a problem.
Sometimes we meet individuals who genuinely want to change β and in those moments, we can help.
We become something like a step, or a helping hand they can use to rise. Those are the moments that make this path meaningful.
But there are also harder situations.
At times, we encounter someone who is not climbing up β but rushing downwards.
And even when we do everything we can to signal, to guide, to show another path β that person not only refuses help, but attempts to pull us into their chaos.
This is where boundaries must be set.
I have been informed that false narratives about me are being spread β built from fragments of truth mixed with distortion.
I hope this is happening unconsciously, not as a deliberate act.
Because the consequences are real β such actions attempt to undermine years of work, preparation, and the first step toward something much greater.
Projects like Druids, BecomeWater, Groowee, and GetBounties β all part of a broader movement toward meritocracy, knowledge-based governance, and responsibility.
That said, I want to share this with you calmly, and with full transparency.
As those who trust my path, I inform you β with a light heart, but with clarity β that such a situation has appeared.

After closely observing the team β the level of commitment, the quality of thinking, and the amount of meaningful work being delivered β Iβve made an important decision.
We are moving away from the presale and extended preparation phase.
Instead, we are transitioning directly into building an ahierarchical governance model.
To reflect this shift, I am changing my role from CEO Vision to Vision 1.
This is a non-hierarchical position β not above the team, but within it.
It reflects a move from centralized vision to shared responsibility.

Iβm pleased to welcome Darek Sochacki to the Core Team.
Darek is the president of the Ja, Nauczyciel (ja-nauczyciel.pl/) Foundation (βI, Teacherβ) β an initiative built around the idea that we are all teachers. The foundation has gathered a strong community, including over 26,000 followers on Facebook.
He previously served as president of the Fundacja Demokracja, where his work focused on advancing understanding of democratic systems and exploring their modernization.
Darek is also a creator of multiple educational systems, including EduHero.pl, where he designed and built the platform himself with the support of AI.
What I value most, however, is not only his experience, but his direction.
Darek is deeply aligned with the promises behind Druids.Me and the broader ecosystem β transparency, new models of vote weighting, truth in the digital space, and responsible anonymity.
This is not just an addition to the team. It is a strengthening of the philosophy behind what we are building.
Iβve known Darek for the past five years, and after reconnecting last week during an evening meeting while I was hiking in the Polish mountains, we confirmed our shared interest in exploring how modern technology and a clear vision can help point a meaningful direction for the global community.

Answering your many questions for progress and what have been done until now.
I have started crystalization or more like filtering of ideas and testing with current technology and regulations since August 2025.
We are still in the early building stage, but a few things are already progressing.
β’ The Whitepaper draft v1 is prepared, but the presale section will need to be updated. Over the last few weeks we decided not to proceed with a presale, and the model is shifting more toward DAO-based development.
β’ We are building GetBounties, which will be a separate product at the beginning, outside of the DAO. As the architect of the ecosystem I first want to understand the people who may later co-govern the vision.
The platform will initially be available for free. Promoters joining through the portal will be able to vote on commission structures, and each seller launching a campaign will be able to set the maximum commission for their campaign.
The MVP is currently under development, but there is no release date yet. Most likely we will begin internal testing around summer (June/July).
β’ At the same time we are actively looking for a blockchain architecture team and development partners. Around a dozen people and companies have already reached out, and we have initial discussions scheduled for next week.
β’ The Governance Portal is currently still in the vision stage. The MVP will most likely become a separate project (groowee.com) and also outside of the first DAO, but it will be available for free in the beginning.
My goal is to start with something simple and minimalist, where DAO members can review information packages early β even in draft form β then proposals stay visible for review, and later move to voting with a defined voting window.

We have completed a deeper regulatory analysis of the Druids.Me launch model.
As a result, we concluded that executing the originally planned token presale may create legal risks in several jurisdictions.
Because our goal is to build this project lawfully and transparently, we are pausing the presale structure described in the whitepaper.
Instead, we are now analyzing a DAO-first approach, which could include:
β’ launching the Governance Token directly
β’ building a minimal Governance Portal MVP
β’ introducing DAO procedures from day one
Our objective remains unchanged:
to build a lawful, transparent governance ecosystem with real community participation.

It could be a prelude to a big news.

Iβm taking the project to the mountains β hiking, clearing my head, and having a few friendly business conversations in nature.
One of the topics: motivating a humble person to join our core team once the presale starts and work closely with me to assure you all, that documents are reviewed by someone who understands the process, reviews if the documents are in order, confirms funds were directed as per initial request and is an external humble force.
I will meet there in the mountains and will try bringing in a president of non-profit foundations (focused on democracy and education) to join our Core CEO-Vision stage team to review, approve and co-sign contracts coming from the Vision-CEO (pre-DAO) pocket and to review that spending matches the requests.

A Message from the CEO
To everyone following Druids.Me β
First, thank you. Your patience, your curiosity, and your trust mean more than I can put into words. Weβre still early, but we are growing: nearly 2,000 people visit our website every month, checking in and waiting for fresh information. I see that, and Iβm grateful for it.
I also owe you an honest update β and, in a way, an apology.
Due to capital constraints, the project was frozen from November 2025 through January 2026. That pause affected everything, including our documentation work. As a result, we wonβt be able to deliver the Final Whitepaper on February 14 as previously planned.
Today, we are officially resuming work. The focus is back on the core delivery items:
* Ethereum smart contracts (mainnet)
* WalletConnect integration
* The website / presale portal
Because of the pause and the current scope, our 2026 Q1 target will not be met. And until the work above is completed and properly validated, we will not announce a new date. I understand that uncertainty is frustrating β but Iβd rather be precise and truthful than optimistic and wrong. What I can promise is this: we want to move as fast as possible, and we hope to share a new timeline as early as we responsibly can in 2026.
