I want to reshare this post about KAT & grief.
There’s lots of joy in the air this weekend, which is great.
I remained moved by KAT’s clinic on grief and his Mom.
I am lucky because I have so many emotionally, intelligent men in my life!
These days, we talk a lot about toxic, masculinity, and male loneliness.
I’m seeing lots of beautiful men connecting through sports this weekend! From all over the world.
Grab Joy where you can and don’t be afraid to ask for help and look for heroes to lead you like KAT.
KAT is giving a clinic on grief. Something that we don’t do very well as a society.
I am personally grateful for his moving leadership!
Since losing my parents and my brother, I’ve never felt the same.
I feel less alone with his example. I know I’m not the only one.
I’m especially grateful to see a man with his level of emotional intelligence.
Especially with what we hear about toxic masculinity, and a male loneliness epidemic.
Kudos to him for being so open and vulnerable.
I know others are finding comfort in his message!
